COVID-19 PANDEMIC NOTE:
As of March 30th, 2020, we are reducing the price of two of our services for an indefinite period.
- Effective this date, all WordWorks: Caregiver customers will receive 40% off posted pricing for all posts related to Covid-19, whether those posts touch on the pandemic at a global, national, regional, local, or facility level. These customers will receive 20% off posted rates for all other (non-Covid) posts.
- Effective this date, all WordWorks: Legal customers will receive 20% off posted pricing for all posts related to Covid-19, whether those posts touch on the pandemic at a global, national, regional, or facility level. All other (non-Covid) posts will be billed at a 10% discount from normal rates.
“Covid-19 posts” must be related in some way to the pandemic. They must include technical information on the disease, discuss treatment options, provide prevention advice, explain the details of a state emergency declaration, cover the penalties for violating a lockdown order, etc.
These rates will remain in effect for at least 3 months and probably longer. We will return to normal rates only after giving a 30-day notice that we plan to do so.

Spring Cleaning Special! Out with the old, in with the new! Commit to a minimum six month standard contract (minimum two posts per month) between March 1st and April 15th 2020, and in addition to a 10% discount for the period we’ll rewrite and refresh six existing pages (posts or static pages) on your site. (Some page size restrictions apply.)
Targeted Outreach Special. Sometimes a firm with certain lines of business in a certain region is attractive to us, because gaining their business allows us to manage our growth in a geographical region (or expertise area) in which we have a special interest. If you’ve received one of these offers, this entitles you to an additional 10% discount on top of any offer currently in effect.
Specials not currently being offered (but which might be offered again)
Launch Summer Special! To celebrate launching as an independent unit, we’re offering all new customers a 10% discount for six full months of service! To receive this discount, service discussions must begin by September 15th, 2019.
Fall Folio Focus! Begin WordWorks: Legal service between September 15th and November 20th, 2019, with a minimum six month commitment, and receive a 15% discount for that period. Note that this must include a post series of at least three posts focused on closely related topics (for personal injury firms, this will default to traffic safety).
Year-End Planning Spectacular! Begin WordWorks: Financial service between October 15th and December 15th, 2019, with a minimum six month commitment, and receive a 15% discount for that period. Note that this must include a post series of at least three posts focused on annual and year-end financial planning issues (or a closely related topic).
Resolution Coach! Begin any WordWorks service before February 15th, 2020, with a commitment through the end of the year, and receive a 15% discount for that entire time period. Because everyone can use a partner to help them stick to their resolutions. There is no other requirement (except the standard minimum number of posts).
