This table lists approximate charges for the most common a la carte options available through WordWorks. In consultation with each client, we’ll generate a customized package with a specific quote. All packages include a scheduled monthly interaction to determine upcoming topics. (Customers, of course, always have access to us during regular business hours).

Posts are written to target a 400 word (average) length.

Advance Topic Selection Client submits topics six weeks or more in advance 10% discount on basic monthly bill*
Rush Fee Client requests unscheduled post, less than one week lead time $250 additional
Super Rush Fee Client requests unscheduled post, less than 48 hours lead time $400 additional
Extra Long Post2 Post greater than 600 words requested $25 (per additional 200 words)
“Series” Posts3 Client requests a series of posts (minimum 3 posts) on the same or related topics 10% discount to all posts in series*
Regional Exclusivity Fee We agree not to provide services to competing firms in the same market determined on a case by case basis
Post or Site Management Fee Client requests that we handle posting or take on complete blog management determined on a case by case basis
Maintenance Only Package: Client drops to 1 post per month Available after minimum 3 months service; not available to all accounts $200 reduction to basic monthly bill*

*Discounts do not apply to all charges in this table (for example, rush fees).
1 We do not recommend that any client post more than 8 times per month. If a client requests to, we will reach an agreement before committing to the work.
2 Specifications for requested long posts will be determined in advance.
3 To qualify as a series, posts must be planned in advance.

Note that revisions are always included at no charge. Full rewrites of posts that were produced using agreed upon specs, however, may incur an additional charge. The determination of what qualifies as revision versus rewriting is at our discretion.

Special or guest posts for other blogs (not owned or managed by the client) may require different pricing. We will quote a rate and receive approval before beginning such a post.
